Im pretty much a noob at PC stuff so be patient please. I would like to upgrade my graphics card but funds are tight. about the only online gaming I do is world of warships. I have about every graphics turned down on that game and am running at 17fps with ping 35ms. I don't need high end...

Maybe a GT240? I see 1 GB DDR3 and 512MB DDR5 in the same price range.

Newbie here. I need to replace my 8500GT and I have a 450W PSU and asking what card makes sense. Running Vista but will probably upgrade to a dual boot Vista/ Windows 7 or just windows 7. I'm not a high power on-line gamer, do play some of the obsolete stuff but have started watching TV-video...
