Exactly same issue. PC unresponsive. Clip tested PSU - good, but for goods measure plugged PSU into old PC which I still had in storage - posted up fine. Other than dead mainboard what else could cause complete lack of power on with PC? I did also try placing the RAM dimms into different slot...
