The yellow bang usually presents itself because Windows stuffs a generic driver in there that's inappropriate. If you're not seeing any problems and the yellow bang in device manager doesn't bother you - don't worry about it.

Make sure all other hard drives are disconnected when you do the install. Windows has a bad habit of populating other drives with tidbits during install, slowing down Boot times. When you finish you can reattach other storage devices safely.
