I currently have a windows 7 OEM build that has an MSI a75ma-e35 motherboard and an Athlon 2 x4 750k. I plan on upgrading from the fm2 motherboard to a am3+ board and a 6350. Will I have to reinstall windows? Do I need to wipe my hard drive and ssd? I'm really confused. Please help!

It should work just fine, but you might consider upgrading to 4 gigs later.

I might be wrong, but wouldn't the 290x be bottlenecked by the 6300?

Now I have noticed the singleplayer campaigns in both of those games are also stuttering. I get 60 fps for 2 or 3 seconds, and then a 5 second freeze, only to go back up to 60 even on the lowest settings. Could it be my power supply? RAM? CPU? I honestly don't have any idea.
