Of course I did. First I put off the main power supply switch, wait 10s. and pull the plug out. Than all motherboard plugs. Got any other ideas? Or could be the case in which it simply died of old age?

I've reassembled the heatsink, and tried to boot. No success... One thing that concerns me is that both southbridge and northbridge heatsinks are hot but the heatsink closest to the cpu, that is connected via a heatpipe to the north bridge heatsink is not getting hot. Maybe Iv'e put to thick...
