yep thanks just scanned and quarantined 5 trojans, however cpu usage is still at 100%

Already scanned multiple times with windows defender and superantispyware, nothing came up.

Hi my cpu usage on task manager is stuck on 100% even though its not. When i end the tasks that use the % (such as a single chrome tab), it makes another random task's usage % absurdly high. e.g when i close discord it makes file explorer's usage really high. Any help apprecieated thanks. Specs...
