I re-read the article to see what I missed actually it would be 5% worse Therefore what you actually need to do is increase your bclk in bios to say 104% (which is dangerous btw - hdd failure/corruption) and then use a tool in windows to lower the bclk to say 98% for a net benefit of 6%...
