I can clean the PC from Dust easily I have an compressor that thing can clean all the dust The problem isn't the temps because the Artifacts appear even if i don't use the GPU like on my Browser and the temps are normal at that time.

Ok this MB ASRock 960GM-VGS3 FX supports Ram at 1600 MHz only O.C :/ so i have Kingston ValueRAM 4GB DDR3 1600MHz CL11 SR x8 and i wanna O.C the RAM ... but i don't know how to O.C Ram at all ,and i wanna buy one more so that i will have 2x4GB 1600 MHz , so i wanna know if i can O.C both Ram...
