I hope it helps you but in my case A caller specified the SDC_FORCE_MODE_ENUMERATION flag in a call to the SetDisplayConfig() API
was caused by a bluetooth dongle I have plugged in, any time I was using bluetooth my screen would go black and my other usb devices would turn off.
