So from what i just read you should be able to use ddr3 in that motherboard but it comes factory with 1066mhz ddr2, So i would recommend trying to find the same ram and adding it to the existing set or buying a new set off ddr2.

You should be able to run that card (it will be very tight) as it only has a 60watt tdp so long as you dont overclock it as it has been known to draw alot more power while OC'ed
