when ii turn on with the newly bought RAM, it beeps once when it turns on, then it beeps once again and shuts off shortly.

Its the Corsair CS550M

So when i remove the newly bought RAM, the PC turns on perfectly, and it starts to beep like crazy. When i install the RAM back, it turns on then turns off after 5 sec. So what is wrong i have tried 2 different types of RAMs.

I bought a new psu and a new stick of 8gb of ram, and still it does the same thing. What should i do
