So it will fit but I just won’t be able to get the panel on?

I ordered an optiplex 790 mt but I they sent me an Sff. I want to know if I can still fit my gtx 1050 mini(not low profile) in before I send it back.

My all in one Lenovo 510's screen broke so I connected it to my philips tv using an HDMI cable. It worked for a while until I uninstalled my driver using DDU and now the screen wont show up on my tv. I have no way of reseting because I cant see anything on either of the monitors. Please help!
