what is the difference between i5 6400 and i5 6400T (oem/tray)?

I need honest opinions here so which is better an i5 6500 with a r7 370 or an i3 6100 with a rx 470 (coming out august 4th) keep in mind this is roughly the same price.

I want to know how i can upgrade my future cpu easily when i build my pc im going with an i3 so in the future i might upgrade to an i5 or i7 can i upgrade the cpu in the case because if i build a pc and i have to take the motherboard out the case i would need to unhook everything right?
