man tried everything didnt work still same fps and my temperature is good

i have a nvidia gtx 960m and an i7-4720HQ used to play rainbow six siege and my other games at 100+ fps mid graphics sometimes high graphics suddently i cant have more than 45 frames at all games even in the lowest settings cant pass 45 frames tried everything and i use windows 10 plz help
