Have you tried only using one of each of your RAM sticks to check if either is broken?

Game mode is useless, the difference is so minuscule it can barely be measured even under simulated loads.

If you have the 1 fan model it should be fully powered, but if you have the model with 2 fans there is a 6pin connector for your psu at the top of the card. There should be a fan curve that makes it spin only when you hit a certain temperature, something may be faulty or damaged on your card.

If your HDD is kinda full I would suggest doing a disk cleanup, try to get rid of any malware or useless files that could be slowing down your system.
