Why can't cards of this design make it to the consumer market? I'm sure there are lots of people yearning for a single-slot cooler card. On that note, it's ridiculous that AIBs slap on a two-slot cooler on lower end cards.

I think that's the branding. They have these "Gaming X" and "Gaming Y" cards.

The thing is not every card is OC'd to the same level, and some cards won't OC to the highest level of performance you can get. Stock is the only way to keep things fair because every card can do at least stock or better, but not every card can OC to the same level.

I'm tempted to think it's a Clevo turnkey but holy crap, that's actually a good looking gaming laptop. ASUS, Alienware, and MSI need to take cues from EVGA and Razer.

Geez, AT&T fastest offering pales in comparison to its competitors and is still DSL. Now we know anything AT&T says about its service is BS.

While I enjoy what the specs get me (resolution and framerate), it still doesn't tell me what those quality settings should be. For all I know, the minimum spec gets 60FPS @ 720p on the lowest quality setting.

Unless those inquiries are huge, I'm not even sure about that. The AHCI access time isn't too far off from NVMe in RAID. Access time is what kills these kinds of things.

AMD should sell this cooler by itself. And make it compatible for Intel boards. This looks like a really good SFF cooler.

The only worrisome thing is how hot the keyboard area gets when running a game. But I'm sure it's a lot better than the XPS 15. I'm almost tempted to get one myself. EDIT: Notebookcheck reported the WASD area at about 41C under max load. That doesn't seem too bad.

PBR sure is amazing. I dare say this could be the modern Crysis in terms of graphical fidelity.

What about testing the other factors, like IOPS and stuff? I actually don't care about memory bandwidth. Community tests I've found suggested there's no point in going beyond SATA 6Gbps for most applications because load times don't improve appreciably for the cost of the media after that.
