You can still re-install Windows, do you have a boot disk for it? The only way you need a bios is if youre computer isnt set to boot from drive. Ive never heard of a BIOS virus..but then again Im new!

Power supply is brand new, so is the motherboard. Prime95 - no errors. unigine heaven - benchmark, no artifacts, stayed at around 68c and didn't crash. I've been reading some stuff about atikdmag.sy_ files being expanded, but it's not working out to well lol. I appreciate your input though!

Ooo...Kinda sounds like your video card is getting artifacts. Artifacts are a sign of over-heating/damage to your video card. I would try scout_03's suggestion and try the card in a different system, and see if you still get the "blue dots" If so, well...hope you saved up for a new card :D

I got the AsRock Extreme 970 2.0 for 60$ CAD. I like it, I'm able to O.C (which you'll want because I have the same CPU and can get it stable at 4.4GHz on air only)

Hey, first off... holy internet speeds batman! According to this site http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=3734&game=The%20Elder%20Scrolls%20Online (go down to the bottom and put in your specs-which I did) the game can run it on high... it's not a great CPU but it should get the job...

What case do you have? Make sure you have enough fans for airflow...what are your motherboard temps? If your motherboard is staying in a normal range, I would buy an aftermarket cooler.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a program to O.C my card, the program it comes with "royalFLUSH" is a bit weird to use. This is what it looks like, and what it says when I open the program http://i61.tinypic.com/303bbih.jpg... When I move the slider to begin an O.C it does this...
