Well, the issue I want to fix is the RF usage being so high. The effect the high RF has is extremely slow load times for the most basic things, dropped packets, and getting kicked off.

Did you check for thermal throttling? Did you make sure nothing else was utilizing CPU heavily? Did you rerun for accurate results? Update: Quite low compared to others.

HDMI maxes out at 60hz, and I am pretty sure Display port loses strength over distance faster. I can just buy it and try if people don't know.

Looking for a CPU cooler under 140mm in height, it will be in a dual CPU setup so I don't think a wide mini itx one will fit, maybe it will. Has to be LGA 1366 compatible.

Graphics card will be fine and this board is fine for anything except SLI as it doesn't support it, you could have a second GPU but I wouldn't suggest it, this board is really only made for one. If you get a overclockable CPU then this will do you great as well. As for the cooler it should fit...

Ram doesn't really need a heatsink unless it's buffered/registered/ecc

Alright thanks for your answer, I'm making sure it's that stick right now. They have airflow, lots of case fans and it is a 8 stick ram config with only four sticks in quad channel, it's only temp ram though. It is definitely that module.
