Ok, if both monitors work on another PC, then the problem is with your PC setup. You say you have tried both the Mobo & GPU ports... so at this point, there could be a dozen things wrong. Power pin is not properly plugged in, PSU is not working correctly, PSU switch is off, CPU isn't properly...

Do you have another monitor to try? Maybe ask a friend to come over with theirs. Do you have another PC/Laptop to try the monitor with? Again, maybe ask a friend if you don't have one. Gotta eliminate where the problem is coming from...
