Alright, so, for anybody who knows... How's the quality of the Auzentech X-Fi Forte? And how are the drivers? Does it work well under Windows 7 Ultimate x64? And would it fit the needs I outlined in the first post? I have read odd things about it, about how it is a mix of odd design choices...

Heat shouldn't be that much of an issue, I have two big 120mm fans pushing air straight at the GPUs. :) Thanks for those models you guys named, I have one further question though: Are there any single-slot cooler NVIDIA cards that are at least somewhat silent? Thanks in advance!
