It should work fine, but it's possible to have a hardware conflict. My friend had a Maximus IX Code that wouldn't boot with his M2 drive. They may have fixed it since with BIOS update but after much troubleshooting he returned the MB. I personally have never had any issue and don't check my SSDs...

First, Corsair has lifetime warranty on Vengeance LPX ram and they have awesome service. I don't think you'll need the receipt. If it's still blue screening at 2133 (no OC) then it must be the MB.
Yeah you can use on one, but Windows is a lot more lenient with licences/activation than they used to be, probably out of necessity due to free period of win 10. They know people are going to need to reformat/reinstall. I think it will activate
Yeah it might boot. Windows 10 driver support is so much better than 7/8/8.1 in my opinion. Windows support very helpful for licence issues. Basically what 1st 2 replies said
I would definitely expect a price drop and newer better value offerings from Intel. They have already announced a multi threaded i5 in response. The amount will depend on AMD price and performance.
