had this problem with my mob asus prime b450 plus when putting the secure boot, I fix it by resetting bios of the motherboard, by touching some jumpers for a couple of seconds called CLRTC with the mob off, but in the case of the gigabite mob it is called CLR_CMOS. I leave you a video, hopefully...
