The question is a little confusing. by " almost like im deaff from one hear." do you mean you can still hear fine out of the ear toward the character, but the other ear is silent?

I'm a righty, but I use my left hand for the mouse. I actually prefer it in almost all ways. I feel that with wasd, the right hand accesses more keys.
