Assassin's Creed 3 Low FPS/Stuttering
It's 2014 and the problem was never fixed. i7-2600K, GTX 690, latest WHQL drivers, same stuttering when panning the camera around the Boston skyline, but face away toward the docks and it's perfectly smooth. CPU and GPU usage are low.- xuvygaywon
