The sound card is really unnecessary. Id scrap that and spend the extra money on a bigger ssd (a 250gb 850 Evo is pretty cheap). I'd also consider getting an aftermarket CPU cooler, especially if you plan on overclocking. The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is a great budget choice.

It should. I've used nothing but OEM keys on my window 7 installs. What happens though is that windows will take it, but it's not genuine. All you'll have to do is call an automated line to activate windows and become genuine. And yes, windows 10 will be genuine too.
