pc just crashed after a couple mins of loading a game and when i restarted it, it said something about the cpu temp being high i think

the speed fan app says the cpu usage is averagly between 80 and 100% temps are gpu is at 35c and cpu was around 65c - to 70c

just the gpu or cpu aswell?

i dont know what they are but i have a feeling its not to do with that because he turns it on and starts up a game and it lags straight away

it has a lot lower frame rates it went from around 150-200 fps to about 10fps then goes back up for like a second then goes back down
