Is all your graphics programs installed too, such as any DirectX updates, sorry to ask all of the low key questions but, unless the hardware is defective, then it has to be a software error somewhere. I assume that your using built in audio, so the problem probably isn't there.

Have you made sure that all your drivers are updated correctly and are installed properly? that can always be a huge killer.

Well, you can't hack into someone's PC from JUST a CS game, he had to have hacked into your computer from another way ( downloading virus laced files ect) and he could have used CS as a convenient way to troll you from steam and used it's port access as a back door. But, not just from CS

Well the DayZ standalone is made from a shelled out ArmaII engine, so that error is because the DirectX version is not compatible with what the game needs to run, or that the game runs out of video memory, as i recall that error being.
