    These are my ingame settings https://gyazo.com/8a968169398a7fd5dba5c33400252194, and NVIDIA Control Panel won't open for some reason. If I do remember though, I have it turned off.

    I have installed the Intel Chipset drivers and reinstalled GeForce drivers, restarted my computer and the performance seems to be about the same, nothing really changed.

    I removed the one that was connected to the motherboard, went into a game and the problem still occurred. I have also, at another point, tried using a DVI to HDMI cable to connect my monitor to my graphics card, and that also had the same problem.
