Sound not working on new custom-built pc

So I finally got my new pc yesterday. Plugged my monitor into my gpu using an HDMI cable. It already had windows 10 installed, everything is fine except that there is no sound. when I check Playback devices I see that all 4 Nvidia outputs and Realtek high definition audio are "not connected". Is there anyway to measure the noise level my GPU (or pc) is making

I tried an android app called sound meter and I get around 50-60 db when I put it right next to where my laptop fan is. This doesn't matter anymore as I'm going to put in 20$ more for an MSI GTX 1060 Armor OCV1 instead of the Asus Turbo. Thoughts on the GPU?

Can I get away with a Sharkoon 650W in this build?

I'm getting my first ever DECENT PC in two days. I went to the store and ordered it today. Everything was fine except for the PSU (which I thought was fine when I agreed to buy it). But now seeing how it's in the "AVOID AT ALL COSTS" tier, I almost had a heart attack :( Here's the link to the...

    1080ti for which resolution

It easily plays all of modern AAA titles on 60fps+ on 1440p https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D5r7151k2S0 You can check this for benchmarks But as you can see 1080p is much more "future-proof" if you want your card to last 3 years. But if like me you don't mind 30fps or medium settings I would go...
