I believe this is probably because the HDD I'm trying to use is 3TB and the case is up to 2TB.

I changed the HDD of an external HDD and it wont appear on explorer. On disk management appear this: No letter or format and I cant add a new letter. If I connect the drive though SATA it appears correctly in explorer.

I fixed it: Connecting both H80 fans to the MB and adjusting speed with "SpeedFan" software. Although, I had to sacrifice one of my system fans because not enough ports available on the MB. This video explains it very well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1OkBRELqEgM
