Well, i definatly saw stabilizations with the new psu, however the main problem is that my cpu cooler isnt working, i tested it and found it was unable to circulate the fluid effeciently. Thank you for the suggestions and trying to help me out, this is a cool comunity of people willing to help.

Liquid cooling, applied to my i9 and rtx 2070 cause overheating on idle mere minutes after startup?!? I can immediatly get temps of 100c on non heavy load Whereas if i use a gtx 970 then i get about 40c or 50c while gaming I have new everything and its not because i did some idiotic thing like...
