update your GPU driver WITH THE LATEST from geforce website

you mean ga-g31m-es2l or ga-g41m-es2l ? either way , your GPU Should work nicely on a mobo that operates on e5400 :)

Both should do very well ... but go with gddr5 , it's faster also don't forget to add at least 4gb of ram for decent performance

CF Doesn't really require high performance parts ,, It can run on p4 , 512mb of ram and 512mb gpu the game runs smoothly , but this just happens suddenly !!
