Z490 Tomahawk features 12-phase & 55A DrMOS, and X570 Tomahawk features 12-phase 60A SPS (Smart Power Stage). Z490 Tomahawk should be less or close to X570 Tomahawk. A Pro features 12-phase PowerPack VRM. It'll not as good as X570 Tomahawk.

All MSI Z490 WiFi models equip the latest WiFi 6 (802.11ax). Our suggest is go for a board with built-in Wi-Fi 6 if you need WiFi connection.

All MSI Z490 can do at least DDR4-4800 dual channel. GODLIKE and Z490I Unify (mini-ITX) can do DDR4-5000+. With high capacity like 128GB RAM (4x32GB), ACE/Unify/GODLIKE can do DDR4-4000. CPU BCLK can hit nearly 400Mhz, depending on the CPU.

Yes all MSI Z490 motherboards will support PCIe 4.0. But only PCIe slot and M.2 slot connected to CPU support PCIe 4.0. Z490 chipset doesn't support PCIe 4.0, and slots connected to chipset will not have PCIe 4.0 bandwidth.
