I see, but if it was the graphic card, wouldn't it only show the pixelated screen when it freezes? It's also rebooting on some occasions. Since I don't have an extra psu, is there another way of testing the psu?

I have a program which monitors both the CPU and GPU temp. Cpu's temp never reach above 45-50 and Gpu never reach above 65. The fans are not dusty and I have the latest beta driver from AMD for the gpu, as well.
