    Ideas for a 5820K cooler

The hyper evo 212 is a pretty capable cooler to overclock with, but if you are planning to overclock to the extreme on air, the NH-d15 is probably your best bet and there should be 5 mm of clearance as your case can fit the nh-d14, but you have to make sure that you have enough clearance for...

Pc wont start right away, is it a problem with Motherboard or power supply??

Well the ASRock mobo aren`t the worst motherboard, they`re just not engineered to be the best, as for the r9 390, you cant really future proof it because its just a rebrand of the r9 290. i wouldn't recommend an r9 390 at all, unless you are planning to upgrade your power supply at the same time. as for your cx 430, i will look into that issue.

Budget Build | what is it capable of running? | parts compatible?

I just realised that you do not have a hard drive in your build. I would suggest that you get a 500gb HDD. Those should be fairly cheap.

Budget Build | what is it capable of running? | parts compatible?

Yes that power supply would work, but your motherboard seems to be incompatible with the cpu you have chosen. I believe the core i7 920 requires socket lga 1366.

Budget Build | what is it capable of running? | parts compatible?

Yes the xfx Radeon is a fairly powerful gpu, i personally know some one that is still running Radeon hd 5000 series. But you will need a power supply that has atleast two pci power connector.

Budget Build | what is it capable of running? | parts compatible?

The heatsink is the same as the cpu cooler, the stock heatsink (cooler) tends to be louder but it does the job. An I7 tend to be overkill with game, most games dont fully utilize all four cores in the cpu so i would recommend that you get an i5 and use the extra money for your gpu. As for what...
