I've done everything there's to do, AM3+ CPUs don't have integrated graphics only a handful of the boards do but the M5A99FX mobo doesn't have it.

I have a Asus M5A99FX board which doesn't have dedicated graphics and for some reason I can't get the GPU to show the bios, it only starts displaying once I've reached login/desktop.
