    i found that the driver manger after a minute changes the disk to "unknown USB device (set Address failed ) " and the error code "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) The USB set address request failed."

    the disk is not visible in the disk management. it is visible in the device manger.

    i used a different one but it still does not work. i can sense the movement of the hard disk for some seconds and then the hard stop moving, but the power led is on.

    hello guys, I have a seagate Buck up plus HDD. But it does not show up in " my pc". it shows up in my device manger as "Seagate BUP BK SCSI Disk Device" please help.
