Why is the bottom one made in Malaysia and the top two made in China?

I have a 7770 and a phenom 2 x4 and in bf3 Mp 64 player I get 50 - 70fps. I use a mixed bag of settings but it is mostly high - medium. No AA.

Funnily enough, I have just built a machine with a 965 and a hd 7770 especially for bf3 64. And I can say it is very smooth at a mixed bag of settings (mostly medium yet most high). I haven't ran loads of tests on it yet but whenever I am playing the game it never seems to drop below 40 fps...

I use a program called 'Game Booster' to help me get rid of all of the extra unseen processes out of the way whilst I game on my old laptop. On some games it works like a treat but on others it makes no difference whatsoever. You should try it.

Emailed the motherboard manufacturer about the problem. Any more ideas welcomed.

I cannot really test it without a video card. It appears that my motherboard has no dvi or vga ports. BTW, I am doing an external build. It is only the mb, RAM, CPU and GPU that is connected. it is not in the case. Allof the fans are moving too.
