So it was the thermal paste. After reapplying the thermal paste it didn't work. So I reapplied again but this time I prewarmed the paste because I had no other ideas xD. Well this did the job. Thank you so much guys

Just tried playing some GTA V. The temperature seems to stabalize around 96 degrees. Which is way to much
