check if you have the latest directx and if there are any problems (with the dxdiag program). also update reinstall gpu drivers with default setting and see if this help.

try to update gpu driver and (fresh install with default setting). check (for new version) and maybe reinstall directx does it happens on all games or just a few of them ? (which ones?)

check the temps on bios see if the system get too hot and shutdown. also do check if the power button get "stuck" and see if you can fix it

did you check the boot sequence on bios?

i wonder if they did a good job updating the bios (which is essential for the new ryzen 3000). if neither the onboard gpu and the nvidia one works could be the cpu is not detected from the first place. but that is just a guess.

try and check the mobo manual what does the red vga light mean (or might mean). see if this gives you any clues of what to do next. could be a lot of things its realy hard to say only by your post.
