    When motherboards boot the first time, they always default to the lowest common denominator, 2133 mhz for ddr4 to ensure the maximum boot reliability. You need to enable XMP (extreme memory profile) in BIOS if you want it to run with the advertised speed.

    They should if they are identical. Theoretically there may be some incompatibility, but it is unlikely. I run two kits in quad channel myself.

    First, it is crossfire, not sli. Sli is Nvidia's term for multigpu. Second, one stronger card is better than two weaker ones. Many modern games don't even work properly with multiple graphic cards or scale poorly.
