So what would you say is the fix for this?

I don't know much about that part, and I didn't do anything with it since the overclocking tutorial didn't mention anything about it

So, since I overclocked my r5 5500 to 4.45Ghz using PBO in Bios, my heatsink fan is not spinning according to CPU temps under full load. Before overclocking it would go faster according to increasing temps, now it just sits on minimal default speed. How do I fix it without resetting my PBO...

i also want to mention that this SSD used to get automatic repairs on boot up, it doesn't anymore but it opens up its partitions in Windows explorer after logging in
