I ended up finding my windows 7 disc and reinstalling and starting completely fresh. Everythings working fine now. Reinstalled drivers and the OS and checked my hardware (all of which is detected and working properly)

I fixed it by just reinstalling all my drivers and the OS from the CD I did eventually find. I made sure I backed everything up and checked my hardware this time lol (all of which is detected and functioning properly).

Ok so I did that without the hard drive, it just says reboot and select proper boot device. I also took an old 40 gb hard drive I have with Windows 7 preinstalled on it. It's doing the same thing on that hard drive too. If I boot with any drive it just does a loop.

After checking all my hardware (CPU, GPU, Ram, hard drive) it definitely is windows 7. I don't have my CD, but I do have the activation key. I don't know what to do without the CD because I don't have a flash drive to boot from and I have no idea if any of my old 700mb CDs are of any use lol.

Sorry I accidentally downvoted you trying to reply and I did change it in the bios but I never saved those changes before booting back up. I think it might be a corrupt file though since I put in my A4 5300 and it was doing the same exact thing...

Components: AMD A4 5300 Gigabyte F2A88XM-D3HP 8GB DDR3 RAM (2 X4 sticks) GT 710 Graphics card 450 Watt PS Seagate 1TB hard drive (mechanical, SATA) It boots fine and I have USB Legacy Support enabled. It works and I even see it install Keyboard drivers as it reads the disc, I press f6 as well...
