i have the same CPU, however i have aftermarket liquid cooling. i highly recommend it seeing as how you have 220W to cool off. my temps never go above 45 even under a tortur test.and i would Underclock the processor to 3.5-4 GHz and decrease voltage as much as possible

everything looks great. i did notice you bought 2 GTX cards and only one monitor.. (ps: the GTX 970 could handle 6 monitors if it wanted too, you only need 1. trust me)
