Update: I removed my games m.2 ssd (the inaccessible one) and it's worked fine, so it is the culprit any way to save it???? or even format if possible?

Temp is 31 at bios, rams are 2 kits same specifications

At first i couldn't access to one of my 2 sdd's (the one i installed for games not the system one), i restarted my pc and then blue screen of death BSOD showed, even worse problem its crash when trying to access recovery mode so im stuck in this loop of BSOD, im amateur in bios setting and...
