Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. Didn't work

I still can't see network activity in task manager in processes tab. I didn't reinstall windows after motherboard change. Drivers are downloaded from the official website a few weeks ago.

Sadly that didn't help. My old motherboard died so I bought a new one. Old: ASRock Z68Pro3Gen3 New: Gigabyte Z170 Gaming K3

When I try to make another user account same thing happens. Small window opens and closes after 2 seconds.

I dodn't try another user, but I don't have time right now to try it so I will try tommorow.

Tried, didn't work. I also tried safe mode and clear boot, didn't work.

I tried to sing-in in the Store app but when I the press sing-in button small window opens and closes after a few seconds and I get this: http://pastebin.com/Qa2BD10H in the Event viewer.

I had some problems with the ProgramData folder and skype installer. I searched on google how to fix this and I found a random article on Microsoft forum. My PC was purchased in parts and my GTX 760 still has warranty but my PSU and Mobo do not. And by "my pc is not booting at all" I mean that even bios is not loading screen is just black and thats it.

I checked the cables and my pc is not booting at all so I can't enter safe mode.

My Windows display and nvidia control panel setting were diffirent. In windows my refresh rate was 59Hz and in nvidia control panel was 60 Hz, so I changed everything to 60Hz and played Audiosurf 2 for 5 mins and now it looks better. Thanks!
