Question System randomly freezes for a couple of seconds ?

Nothing yet I'm afraid. Well, I don't know if it's fixed yet or not as it hasn't happened in the past week. But that's fairly common for me, it can happen a few times a week or not at all If anyone has any other ideas I'd appreciate it!

Question System randomly freezes for a couple of seconds ?

Honestly it's been a while, maybe a few months, but has slowly gotten worse. I can't really remember if anything major happened before I started getting the issue I haven't actually done any malware scans so I'll give that a try :)

Question System randomly freezes for a couple of seconds ?

Hi all, I've been having random system freezes recently, which only last a couple of seconds, though the freezes aren't always the same. They only tend to happen (or at least I only notice them) when I'm playing a game, or more commonly, while live streaming a game. Sorry for the long post...

[SOLVED] Unresponsive Web Pages (Network OK)

Turns out it was as simple as doing a network reset through Windows 10. Not sure why I didn't think of that earlier, but it solved the problem :) thanks for the help

[SOLVED] Unresponsive Web Pages (Network OK)

Yeah a fresh install would probably solve the problem, I'm also gonna check if the issue persists on another user account as well. No I haven't updated network drivers but can give that a try. We don't have any filters in place for web browsing, our firewall just blocks traffic to all the usual...

[SOLVED] Unresponsive Web Pages (Network OK)

Unfortunately not, the sfc scan did find errors and fix them, but after a reboot the issue still persists. I'm all out of ideas tbh

[SOLVED] Unresponsive Web Pages (Network OK)

The sites work fine on other devices. I've run an sfc scan, just waiting for the user to reboot! There's no extensions or add-ons, Edge is basically a blank install since he never uses it. No VPN, desktop user with an ethernet cable. Incognito presents the same issue :( Thanks

[SOLVED] Unresponsive Web Pages (Network OK)

Thanks for the responses. I've checked Reliability History and Event Viewer and not seeing any new errors or events at all really. Task Manager and Resource Monitor are normal, basically no increase in system resources while loading web pages, only when initially opening Chrome Currently...

[SOLVED] Unresponsive Web Pages (Network OK)

Hi all, I have a user at my workplace who has reported websites loading extremely slowly. I've been to check myself and it's definitely as slow as he says When he tries to load a website, it'll hang there for about 5 seconds before saying the page has become unresponsive, with a choice to wait...

[SOLVED] Audio Mixer causing "hiss" ?

So I bought a cable on Amazon Prime and it arrived already, changed the cable over and it does actually help a lot, but the hiss was still there I had the idea of turning down the level of the volume in Windows to 90 from 100 since that seems to get rid of the hiss entirely. To counteract that...

[SOLVED] Audio Mixer causing "hiss" ?

Well I got a mixer so I'd also be able to plug in my electric drum kit and record to my PC, otherwise I probably would have just got a normal audio interface I don't really want to go buying more stuff, I'm sure there's some kind of fix for this

[SOLVED] Audio Mixer causing "hiss" ?

Hi all, Sorry if this isn't the right category, wasn't too sure I'm using an AT2020 XLR mic and a Behringer Xenyx 1204USB, with Voicemeeter Banana Great mixer and mic, but I've been getting a hiss sound in my mic for as long as I can remember. It's never really been a huge issue because I've...
