so an update: updating windows 10 fully has not solved the issue. i can't really think of any other issues that would be causing this display problem. any help would be much appreciated

So I'm having an issue with a 2200g build i just put together. Running through HDMI out on the Mobo, Installed windows 10 just fine, no display issues, it went just like normal. Fast forward to the part where windows should have booted up to the lock screen and i'm greeted with a flashing...

That's what i'm saying. it's like they're brand new boards, but they aren't. none of the big sites stock them, and ebay is meh, at best, but that seems to be my only shot.

So i recently purchased a xeon e5 2670 because they're super-duper cheap and i was able to pick it up for just under $60 from a secondhand shop. Problem was, the shop didn't have 2011 mobos (non v3) and i know these don't work in v3 mobos. My question is, where the heck can i buy an LGA2011 v1...
