I did all this. Problem is still the same. GPU usage is 60-80% and lots of stutters. Might just be shaders but i am not sure. The VRAM usage is also 500mb less. Might be nothing though. I'm going to do some more testing. Thanks for the help

Glad to hear that. Seems ish stable at that voltage 4.2ghz. just aida64 that crashes after 20 min with hadware failure detected. Above 9k points cinebench r23 and temp is fine at 75c @ max load.

Its ≈4.1-4.2ghz and ≈1.319v So my oc might be correct, its just rm displaying wrong? If that is the case, its weird that it crashed when rm said 1.275v and when I got it to 1.325v in rm it worked. Need to test it better tomorrow.

Corsair rm850e. RM says i get 1.275v while hwmonitor says 1.319v. Hwinfo says 1.319v. Hwinfo and monitor says every core is around 4.2ghz while rm says between 2-3ghz. This is at idle. Idk if its only rm thats behaving weird or if it sets the voltage at 1.275v.
