why would I have to reinstall it if its on my ssd already? do you always have to do it no matter what

No but before I bought my graphics card my fps went up alone just from my i9

I upgraded from a GTX 1070 and a i7 6700 to a 3070 and a i9 9900k and i'm not getting the FPS i'm supposed to, every benchmark video I watch they're getting way more FPS. Fortnite on all low settings a couple people were getting 200-300 FPS and im barely breaking 180 and my game stutters, also...

So i built a new pc and all my friends with LITERALLY the same exact specs as me are getting 100+ more fps than i am on fortnite and 50 more than me on apex legends and im not sure why. Also not only am I not getting as good of fps as the people with the same pc as me but my FPS fluctautes alot...

i rolled back my pc and its fine now

I used driver booster and i dont know what it did but when it was done my sound is really distorted and just bad all around i tryed to rollback my realtek sound driver and that didnt work i dont know what it changed

EVGA gtx 1070 sc 8gb intel i7 6700k 16gb ram evga 600w bronze rated psu and i dont know exactly what type of ram but its really bad and my motherboard is from a bad prebuilt with only 1 fan header

today I put together my new pc gtx 1070 and i7 6700k and i looked up videos with people who have the same exact pc as me on games like Fortnite and theyre getting 100+ more frames than me why is this happening? i also have really cheap ram and no ssd could this be why? my fps also fluctuates...

I ordered a EVGA GTX 1070 sc from ebay and I was just wondering what power supply is recommended, I have one that says 480w on it but it's a cheap chinese one so i'm not too sure. If it's not enough will it damage my computer or the card in any way?
